The Zilkee™ OTG Pendrive is working as a flashdrive. My expectation as advertised: "TRANSFER FILES ANYTIME The Zilkee™ OTG Pendrive is an excellent solution for transferring files, videos and pictures back and forth from the Phone and Pad as well as computers. It has three connectors that can transfer files for all products. Just insert it and enjoy the extra space of the device!" Has not been fulfilled. The Y-DISK App installs but DOES NOT work on iPhone 17 Pro running iOS 26.2.1, opens and immediately disappears. On Gen5 iPad app runs, but only displays a VERY few pics and vids. I have not yet found a way to contact anyone for support.

No free gift arrived . The hard drive optimiser
Works great
Does not do what they claim it would do and not able to return because it was bought on sale. Zero stars should be an option for the review! The free product was included with the device to recover ANY hard drive. Not the one I have though.
I still have not received my parcel.Please contact me to explain why?

There was a problem, and after a number of emails back and forth, it remained, so a refund was issued. Don't let this stop anyone from purchasing, as you might not have a problem.
